Privacy
With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. Google processes data including your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and public pages visited. Processing in the USA is possible. We use this data for visitor and page statistics; advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
Order forms, personal order pages, administration and visits by signed-in administrators are not measured. URLs are sent without query parameters or fragments. You can withdraw consent at any time in cookie settings; measurement stops and we remove the Analytics cookies we set. Previously transmitted data is not deleted retroactively. For source attribution, we send only the domain of a recognised search engine, without search terms, paths or parameters from the referring page.
After your consent, we report confirmed purchases with their EUR value and a pseudonymous event identifier to OpenAI. An available OpenAI ad click identifier (oppref) helps attribution. IP address and browser information are technically transmitted; processing outside the EEA is possible. Measurement uses an image pixel without an OpenAI script accessing the order form. Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) loads the measurement request after your OpenAI consent.
We store the ad click identifier as coast.openai.oppref.v1 in this domain’s Local Storage for up to 30 days after the ad click. Your separate OpenAI choice lasts 180 days. No connection to OpenAI is made before consent or after refusal.
Only new, confirmed payments are measured. Test and unpaid orders are excluded. Repeat visits use the same event identifier for the same purchase. For delayed bank transfers or SEPA payments, the paid order page must be revisited. Withdrawal stops measurement and deletes our stored click identifier; previously transmitted data cannot be recalled. Google statistics, Google advertising measurement and OpenAI can be selected separately.

We connect to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) only with your consent. Data including your IP address and device information is transmitted; cookies and similar storage may be used for video playback and by Google. Processing in the USA is possible. Consent applies to YouTube videos on this website.
YouTube manages its own browser storage. Its contents and lifetimes depend on usage and Google sign-in, among other factors. On withdrawal, we remove embedded players. This cannot recall or delete data already sent or third-party storage; you can remove third-party website data in your browser.
